Hey, I’m Avion. And this isn’t just my job, it’s my soul’s work.
I’ve spent the last 18 years behind the camera, but what I really do is hold space for women to be seen, celebrated, and loved exactly as they are. I’m based in Utah, and while I’ve photographed everything from children to products, it’s boudoir that lit something in me I didn’t know was missing.
Boudoir, to me, is about more than lace and lipstick. It’s about the quiet power of coming home to yourself. It’s for the moments when you’ve lost a little confidence or when you’re ready to scream from the rooftops that you finally found it. It’s for healing, for celebrating, for claiming your story in your own skin.
I don’t believe you need to change a single thing about yourself to deserve this experience. You don’t need to be “ready.” You don’t need to wait until you hit a certain size or season of life. You are worthy now.
And if no one’s told you lately, you’re beautiful.

Honestly, I have never liked the sound of the word "Boudoir"... but it's been growing on me a lot lately.
Boudoir to me means feeling sexy. Empowered. It's a day to feel pampered; to step out of the mundane feeling of how we look in our every day life, and feel the complete beauty we possess both inside, and out. It means feeling confident in our own skin to be raw and real. Even if your initial intention is to take boudoir photos for your significant other, you will leave knowing this was sincerely and authentically all for YOU.
I truly admire the women I photograph, and want nothing more than to show all my clients' bodies from a place of love and genuine beauty.
We, as women, have so much self-doubt (the little voice inside that says we need to be "younger, thinner, stronger..."). I want to show women not only their outer beauty, but their Inner Goddess - full of power.
If you are looking for a boudoir photographer, my best advice would be to find a photographer who makes you feel comfortable in this vulnerable state; who can showcase every ounce of your stunning body, and who has the style and look that makes you feel perfect just as you are.
